Acrylic on handmade torn Japan laid paper, mounted on cardboard. 54 × 72 cm (69,8 × 89,2 cm) (21 ¼ × 28 ⅜ in. (27 ½ × 35 ⅛ in.)). Inscribed with the work number, signed, dated and titled in pencil at lower edge: 85 a 6 raimer jochims 85 porträt magritte. [3856]

Condition Report: In good condition. The colours fresh. The tear edges without loss of substance. The sheet firmly mounted on the reverse in multiple places with transparent adhesive onto the support cardboard; the mount on the right side of the sheet detached. The edges of the support cardboard, in places, slightly bumped, otherwise without tears or losses. In the margins, in places, with faint scuff marks. Fine, harmonious overall appearance
