Coloured chalk and pen and India ink on thin laid paper. 39,8 × 53,7 cm (15 ⅝ × 21 ⅛ in.). Signed, dedicated and dated in black pen at lower edge: SRottluff für Emy 27.1.68. Inscribed by another hand in pencil on the reverse: Vase mit Zweigen vor Fenster II. With the stamp in brown of the Karl and Emy Schmidt-Rottluff-Stiftung with inscribed registry no.: 11 B 856. Framed

Condition Report: In good condition. The colours fresh. The sheet edges without tears or losses. At the lower right edge as well as in the respective corner minor pinpoint nicks. Ultraviolet light reveals no retouchings or repairs. On the reverse, in the upper corners remnants of adhesive tape- paper strips from former mounting. Above these, mounted with paper tape onto the support cardboard. Fine, harmonious overall appearance
