Information

Vintage. Gelatin silver print. 17,3 × 12,2 cm (17,8 × 12,7 cm) (6 ¾ × 4 ¾ in. (7 × 5 in.)). On the reverse, publisher's stamp: "Max Gerlach / Internationaler / Presse-Illustr.-Photo-Verlag / Berlin S.O. 36, Grünauerstr. 15 / Fernruf: F 8 Oberbaum 7916". An attached strip of paper, thereupon the stamp: "Als Fotograf zu nennen / Walter Hege-Gerlach" and the typewritten title, image no and description. Inscribed and numbered in pencil by an unknown hand. [2090]

Condition Report: In good to very good condition. Satin finish heavy paper. Blacklight tested, no fluorescence. In the left image area a very faint, hardly perceptible pressure mark through label on the reverse. A further tiny pressure mark (buckle), approx. 0.4 cm size, in the lower right image area, hardly perceptible. Surface in raking light with minimal rubbing and slight unobtrusive silvering
